ONE ON ONE COACHING
We offer One on One Coaching. This is a ten session coaching series either in person or over the phone. Each session takes one hour. We will work with you on identifying three areas in your life where you are frustrated,stuck and would like to move to the next level. After these areas are identified, we then create a goal in each area that will stretch you further than you would normally go. We help you create the road map for getting from point A (where you are at now) to point B (which is the goal itself). We then work with these strategies each session, dealing with the roadblocks, challenges and insights that come up along the way. This will make you do things differently than you would normally do them. You will be challenged; In fact, if you are not challenged then we are not doing my job right. At some point you will be stopped by whatever it is that has stopped you in the past. However, through diligent work we will help you overcome your barrier and empower you to build the muscles needed to not get stopped by it again. Our main objective is to make you unstoppable as quickly as possible.
MASTERMIND GROUPS
What is a mastermind group? It is a concept developed by Napoleon Hill (author of Think and Grow Rich). Its basic philosophy is that more can be accomplished in less time by working together. It is a group of individuals who meet in an open, supportive environment on a regular basis; their sole purpose is to share thoughts, ideas, opinions and information. As individuals, we have the ability to see things from our own perspective, our own world view. By adding others to the mix, the group has a greater ability to share a combined intellect to see things from a new and different perspective; what some call the "third mind." It is that collective third mind that processes and distills information down to its essence, and it is there that thoughts crystallize into ideas. It is also where the "Aha!" moment occurs. As individuals, we cannot achieve this on our own because our myopic view can cloud our perspective. As a group, the possibilities for expansive thinking are endless. The chief benefits to being part of a mastermind group are:
